Hetomic is a biological preparation based on an antagonist fungus from the genus Hetomia. It is used to improve the growth, development and protection of crops from root disease pathogens: root rot of grain and leguminous crops; gray and white rot of peas, soybeans, sunflowers, vegetable crops; fusarium and fusarium wilt of peas, soybeans, lupine, flax, perennial grasses, vegetable crops; fusarium rot and corneid of sugar beets; common and silver scab of potatoes; rhizoctonia of potatoes and vegetable crops.

The biological preparation is a brown powder, one gram of which contains 1.0-1.2 billion ascospores of the fungus.
The preparation Hetomik has significant advantages over chemical agents. Its use provides reliable protection of plants throughout the entire growing season, does not cause the emergence of resistant forms of pathogens, and does not pollute the environment.
Biological action
The biological preparation has a multifunctional effect on plant growth. The bioagent of the preparation is a fungus-antagonist, which actively colonizes the root system and limits the development of phytopathogenic fungi that cause root rot in agricultural crops. In addition to the live culture of the fungus, the preparation contains phytohormonal substances, which by the nature of their action on plants belong to auxins, gibberellins and brassinosteroids, as well as arachidonic acid, which is a biogenic elicitor that induces a systemic immune response of plants to the action of pathogens and adverse environmental factors.
Efficiency
The use of the drug increases the yield of winter wheat by 15-20%, spring wheat by 25-30%, spring barley by 20-30%, yellow lupine by 15-22%, white lupine by 15-25%, soybeans by 15-18%, tomatoes by 30%, sugar beets and potatoes by 15-20%, and sunflowers by 15-25%.
Method of administration and doses
The optimal consumption rate of the drug for grain and leguminous crops is 1.0-1.2 kg per 1 ton of seed, for sunflower - 2.0-2.2 kg per 1 ton of seed, for processing potato tubers - 400-450 g per 1 ton of seed potatoes, for processing vegetable seedlings, cuttings and saplings of hops, grapes, fruit crops and berry crops, a suspension of the drug is used at the rate of 40-50 g per 1 liter of water.
The drug is used for pre-sowing treatment of seeds, vegetative plants or application to the soil together with organic matter (manure, straw, etc.). For this purpose, the drug is suspended in tap water that does not contain chlorine. The optimal amount of water should not exceed 1% of the seed weight. The drug is added to the calculated amount of water, mixed thoroughly and bacterization is carried out. Pre-sowing treatment of seeds of cereals, legumes and sunflowers with the drug is carried out using Mobitox-Super, PS-10A, PSSh-5 or concrete mixers. For the treatment of potato tubers, you can use the PSK-2 treatment
Precautions
Do not allow direct sunlight to fall on the drug, prepared suspension and bacterized seeds.
