Сажалки Gemma — это 3-рядные, 4-рядные или 5-рядные агрегаты. Они приспособлены для присоединения к тракторам мощностью 40 л.с. с помощью системы трехточечной навески категории II. Сажалки идеально подходят для работы на угодьях в малых и средних хозяйствах.
Для соответствия высоким агротехническим требованиям при выращивании овощей, что касается ширины междурядий, расстоянием в ряду и глубины посадки были выполнены значительные усовершенствования. Конфигурации агрегата позволяют приспособить его к требованиям овощеводов для выращивания чеснока, лука севка и бобовых культур. Адаптация сажалки для высаживания соответствующих семян мы можем получить при помощи закрепления в резервуаре на цепном транспортере чашек соответствующей величины (28 мм или 35 мм). Чашки можно легко заменить, прикрутив их к соединительным звеньям цепей.
Следующим важным параметром является расстояние между междурядьями. Трехрядная сажалка позволяет высаживать семена при расстоянии между рядами от 12 см до 48 см, 4-рядная: от 12 см до 32 см, 5-рядная: от 12 см до 24 см.
Расстояние между семенами в ряду можно регулировать в диапазоне от 9,5 см до 21,5 см. Регулировка происходит при помощи замены звездочки на приводном валу. Использование втулки Taper Lock для установки звездочек позволяет легко выполнить установку и снятие нового колеса.
Глубина высадки семян ступенчато регулируется опорными колесами в диапазоне 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 см.
Расстояние между колесами сажалки позволяет работать с тракторами с расстоянием между колесами 135 см или 150 см. Колеса сажалки будут следовать за колесами трактора в их колеях.
